- Glacial Clay Body Cellulite Scrub
- Mineral-rich white glacial clay, which seep into the skin to break down those fat cells that are packed in a mattress effect underneath.
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) White Glacial Clay Powder
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) Infusion Exfoliant
- Water
Mix ingredients together, adding a little water to make a light paste.
Wipe cursorily over entire body. It leaves a thin, white film a feels prickly as it penetrates the skin.
Once the paste is dry, rub the skin so that it is sloughed away.
Shower and massage.
Add a few drops of Ice Glacial Cellulite Blend to a carrier oil or your favorite body cream, and apply liberally.

- Coffee Body Scrub
- This scrub is rougher than some and ideal for male skin.
- 200gms(6 oz) Coffee beans, ground
- 3 tablespoon (45ml) Glacial Marine Clay (Powder)
- ¼ kilo(1/2 lb) carrots, grated or blended
- 1 teaspoon (10 g) gelatin, already set(optional)
Crush the dried beans quite finely and mix with Glacial MarineClay. Add a splash of water.
Rub over the entire body, later rubbing more vigorously so that the mixture sloughs off.
Rub the carrot, which can be mixed with the gelatin for easier application, into your body to replenish any lost moisture during the exfoliation process.
Shower and moisturize.

- Infusion Exfoliant Body Scrub
- This is an incredibly effective scrub that will leave your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. Once you’ve rinsed it off, you will still feel a little oily, but that will quickly disappear as the oil is absorbed into your skin.
- ¼ cup(60ml) Infusion Exfoliant
- ¼ cup(60ml) jojoba oil or olive oil
- 3-4 drops of your favorite essential oil
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) mild soap-based shampoo
Combine ingredients into a paste and rub it on to your body with gentle, circular movements.
Massage your body thoroughly and all over for at least ten minutes.
Rinse off well and towel dry. Your skin will be smooth, soft and flowing.

- Deep-Cleansing Body Scrub
- This scrub is perfect for a weekly deep-cleansing session. The oatmeal helps to break down impurities in the skin, while Infusion Exfoliant gently lifts them from the skin’s surface. Infusion Exfoliant also contains important trace minerals, including calcium, iron, and zinc, which are absorbed into the skin and nourish it. This scrub must be made fresh each time you exfoliate.
- ½ cup (120ml) oatmeal
- ½ cup (120ml) bran
- 2 tablespoon (10ml) Infusion Exfoliant
- 2 tablespoon (10ml) milk
Mix the oatmeal, bran, and Infusion Exfoliant together, then add the milk a little at a time until you have a paste that is moist to handle but not too sticky.
Rub the mixture into the skin by hand or with a body brush.
Concentrate on problem area, such as the thighs and buttocks.
Shower off.

- Infusion Exfoliant Toning Scrub
- 3 tablespoon (45ml) Infusion Exfoliant
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) cider vinegar
- 8fl oz (250ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) lemon juice
Moisten the Infusion Exfoliant with the cider vinegar and lemon juice.
Take a hot shower and leave your skin moist.
Stand in the bath and rub your body with the olive oil.
Gently massage in the moistened Infusion Exfoliant, until you feel your skin start to glow.
Run a warm bath.
Mix 3 drops grapefruit and 3 drops rosemary essential oils with 2tablespoon (10ml) jojoba oil.
Massage the oil mixture into areas of cellulite.
